    Sharing the good news that Diablo Valley College near Concord, CA is
    re-opening their Jewelry/Metal Arts Dept. after 15 years. The
    website is www.dvc.edu for those in the area interested in taking a
    class. Please pass the information on to anyone you know who may be
    interested.  As we all know, funding for education is down so it's
