    There are star stampings in the Chain section of my Stuller's
    findings catalog.  Sizes run from about 6 mm to 4 cm or so but if you
    ask, they may have others. 

    You might try a paper punch with a star shape for the smallest ones
    - they might just work on 24 or 26g sheet.  Fancy paper punches are
    usually available at office supply/stationery stores or craft
    places.
