Dear Gerry, Your usual lucid explanations offered to help us
understand setting stones does not apply, at least for me, in this
case. The alteration of the bur is clear enough! You can now cut down
to the most widest point of that bur, and voila, Cab-Cutting bur!!!!
(its copyrighted !) Here is where you lose me. Have you photos or
drawings of this? ! Invert this new bur and cut away to your 'hearts
delight'. The flat cut side of the bur is NOW RESTING on the bezel's
lower edge for the stone to sit on!!! Also now with this bur, you
have made an angle for the Cab to rest
    'against'.... inside... the wall.
