    Susan, We will be attacking that issue in depth shortly on
    www.jewelersresource.com - but that doesn't help you right now. The
    only one I know who regularly addresses this issue is Bruce Baker.
    He's a jeweler and retailer but for years now he's been doing
    education for craftspeople on how to sell and display for maximum
    impact. He is a regular contributor  to the Crafts Report and many
    of his columns are about good booth design. Check out
    www.craftsreport.com for any back articles. Maybe they can send or
    sell you back issues, as well.
