    Hi Beth! I'm so pleased you're excited about your enamels.  I imagine
    the Orchid crew has plenty of education to offer you.  But I also
    want to remind you (and everyone) that Rio provides a technical
    support group you can call if you want more detailed information
    about products you have purchased.  At the Orchid dinner there were a
    few folks who didn't realize they could call and get technical
    support from highly skilled jewelers and manufacturing process
    experts, so I thought it would be helpful (and timely) to put this
    reminder out here.  Thanks, and good luck! 

    PS -- It was SO great to spend quality time with so many of you at
    this year's Tucson events.  What a great community!  I only hope that
    over time I'll get a chance to meet everyone.
