    I can't recall the name of the bookseller but the return address
    says "The Cedar Reader, div of Alibris". Okay, to be fair, maybe 17
    days isn't too unreasonable coming from NV (is that Nevada?)...but
    the cost ($123 odd) is unreasonable. I should have sourced it. But
    the "not in print/ not in stock" I saw at Chapters and Amazon kind
    of fooled me. So I panicked and bought it the first place that I
    could find it.
