    My experiences with them have not been happy either, although in a
    different way.  I ordered a book from them, they confirmed.  Iwaited.
    And waited. And waited.  Finally after several months I complained. 
    Their answer?  The individual who had the book for sale had already
    sold it! And they couldn't be bothered to take it off their list, or
    to check and see that it had been sold. They just blamed the seller. 
    They came off my "favorites" list immediately.
