    Hi Brian.  I'd suggest calling your own dentist and inquiring of the
    chance that those teeth actually contain very little gold.  My
    dentist long ago told my husband how little gold goes into them but
    he doesn't remember and I won't be able to call the DDS faster than
    you could do the same.   Then you'll be able to decide what to do
    with your student's heirlooms.
