    One good outdoor show in the Raleigh area is a one day show called
    Lazy Daze Arts & Crafts Festival in August.  It's well known, well
    attended (when the weather cooperates), and well organized.  I've
    done it for the last 4 years. For more information:

    (application deadline is typically mid-April). 

    Two other good indoor shows: Carolina Designer Craftsmen that is
    Thanksgiving weekend each year at the State Fair grounds in Raleigh:

    and Piedmont Craftsmen Guild in Winston-Salem, NC in mid-November:
