    Many thanks Frank. 

    I've considered cuttlefish casting, but I need large areas of sheet,
    possibly up to 30cm x 20 cm.  It seems I might not be able to do
    this then.  Maybe I'll get in touch with an industrial company who
    cast sheet, and see if they have any ideas.
