    Hello Kim,Thought I'd give me 2cents. I don'tt string but my wife
    Deborah does, and we decided that since diamonds CAN scratch each
    other (only diamonds are used to cut other diamonds) that each should
    be knotted. I've scene dia's in  dia papers that have worn the facet
    edges to the point they can't be used. What shape are the diamonds? You
    can reply offline
