I am trying to solder small 24ga fine silver jump rings closed with
small silver beads strung on it. Is there anything I can do to
prevent the firescale on the silver beads themselves? Should I be
spraying flux on the sterling beads or some other product I don't
know about? I've been looking through the archives and am rather
confused as to the differences between say Prips and Cupronil or
others. Or is there no other way except to simply
pickle and tumble afterwards? Thanks in advance!
