    There is a paste type plumbers 'heat sink' product that works great
    in tight situation sorry cant recall the name .and have non on
    hand... but you could coat the entire buckle and replace the
    bezel...Have been close to the situation with buckles.. Very
    difficult to get enough heat to the spot without heating the entire
    buckle.. had a ring with coral inlay... jeweler burned the coral to
    black with just a sizing! Jim
