I have used Carl Fisher by mail only- And the first few times went to the
bank and got DM 's to mail to them. This last time I just sent my Master
Card # over and received everything in about 3 weeks. I have never tried to
fax them. As a matter of fact, this last time, they send me new catalogs and
everything.
