    Diamonds are ususally colored when they have alot of natural color
    and they want to change it from brown to something nice, Blue,
    yellow, pink and green, several companies do it, but alot of it is
    done with really expensive equipment, and you are rolling the dice on
    what you get, it may come out nice it may come out ugly. from what i
    understand alot come out junk,  if you are in India you should be
    able to find some in Japor (Sp?) if you are thinking of doing it
    yourself, good luck, expect alot of failure, yes they use clear ones
    and sometimes HPHT can cause inclusions to heal or disappear. but i
    do say sometimes and alot of coloring is done with Nuclear Piles and
    Van De Graf genrators, high tech stuff that will kill you if you do
    it wrong, but hey i am sure North Korea has some working reactors
    that you could borrow (joke) if you want more info i will dig up the
    paperwork i have and email you more
