    First let me thank the membership who sent advice about looking for
    work in a smaller market. 

    I have committed myself to returning to a smaller city to look for
    work. My house there is paid for and has provisions for a moderate
    shop. This house has the potential to become a 2500 sq. ft. bath and
    1/2 shop. < Grin > 

    I will move in July, and plan to be ready to go to work by Sep.
    Business should pick up in Oct. and I need to be ready to offer my
    services. 

    Honesty, flexibility, attention to detail, a cooperative spirit, and
    a desire to offer best value will be my marketing strategy.
