Hi everybody, I was reading an old thread in the archives about the
EZ Torch or Shark Torch. Was just wondering if you feel this is an
appropriate beginners torch for a beginner.

I won't be doing anything fancy with it but can forsee myself
working on soldering silver and gold findings or making a bezel
setting for a cabochon and soldering jump rings.

I understand that you can't fine tune the flame as much as a more
expensive torch. Would this make it difficult to use?

Can you use MAPP gas with it?

Would be especially interested to hear from Noel who recently
    purchased one!

Thanks,
Dan T.
