    It *should* just be a matter of getting the right lens for the
    optivisor. I would suggest consulting an optician and see what can be
    done. And if this doesn't work, then you may have to resort to one of
    those magnifying lights; it can be adjusted to the right distance so
    that she should be able to focus it to give a good picture. Or, even,
    as a last resort, some special spctacles that she  can use just for
    this close work.
