    French powdered  glass enamel. 

    That depends on whether she means the French Soyer brand enamels
    specifically David or just vitreous enamels generally, "French
    enamel" being a term used by some in the US to describe real vitreous
    enamel. If it's the former I have no idea if there's a Soyer agent in
    the US - if it's the latter there are several US suppliers heRe:
