========[ Invite a Friend - http://www.ganoksin.com/invite.htm ]======== Excuse me if I missed it,but I haven't seen any one respond to the procedure of 'carbon torching' a ingot mold before using. This imployes an extreme reducing flame if not just straight fuel. Aceytelene produces the most carbon,...holding the mold upside down and using flame to 'coat inside of ingotmold' with carbon. Heating with a hotter flame before or afterwards will assure no moisture is present, and makes for a better pour, as mold is not cold.
