    Greetings, Orchidians. I'm going to be working on an article for an
    upcoming issue of AJM Magazine, and I'm looking for jewelers to
    interview on two topics. The first is investing in equipment--the
    hows and whys, the what-to-considers, and the here's how it helped
    me's. (Boy, if that sentence doesn't mark me as a quality writer,
    huh?) The other topic is on hiring, training, and paying help. How do
    you screen employees? How do you decide who to hire? What's your
    training process? And how do you determine what to pay an employee?
    If you'd like to talk about half an hour to chat with me, I'd
