    John: Stuller does have a tools catalog and so does Swest. I heard
    that Stuller bought Swest...not sure...maybe someone else can
    elaborate on this. 

    Stuller has great service and products.  I shop around and use
    different suppliers depending on cost.  I have used Stuller quite a
    bit for gemstones, chains and findings...always excellent quality,
    fast shipment and great packaging.  A Rio Grande representative said
    they will  no longer be using Fed Ex to ship.  I prefer Fed Ex for
    reliability in the area I live. So it will be a minor inconvenience. I
    will still purchase from Rio Grande if their price is competitive. 
    I believe they will work out the kinks and give great service as they
    have in the past.
