    I can probably help you.  I assume you're talking about diamonds
    (rubies and sapphires are also invisible-set.)  I have a good friend
    who grooves diamonds for invisible sets, so maybe I can supply the
    stones if I have a clear idea of what's required for matching
    existing ones (shape, color, clarity etc.)  If you'd prefer I can do
    the whole job.  The last would probably be best because matching
    would be easier.  Your choice.  The fact that stones are missing
    suggests the earring mounting itself may need repair.
