    Wow!  Thank you so much for the information, I will give GIA a call
    next week to see what they say.  The scratches are pretty deep on
    this one.  I know a lady that does gem identification at our local
    InterGem show, perhaps I'll have her take a look before I get too
    deep into expense.  If she says it needs replaced, I'll check out
    eBay, I've seen them sold there for around $200 used.
