    Hey all, I have used RTV rubber from the www.contenti.com for 15
    years now. I never had to take any special storage precautions or had
    the material go funny on me over many years of using the molds. It as
    0% shrinkage and cures overnight. No oily discharge or anything else
    I've heard described in this thread. I just pull them off the shelf
    when I need to and they aleays work great. White metal can also be
    cast in this rubber. 

    Contenti's item number is 179-050 for 1 lb, 179-055 for 50 lbs.
