Tim McCreight has a book called The Metalsmith's Book of Boxes &
Lockets that might be of help to you. I have flipped through it and
it seemed to be pretty comprehensive, but having never made a locket I
can't say for sure. Perhaps someone else who has actually used the
book can give a review...
