    I've never found that water based white-out fouled pickle, and yes,
    it does have to be reapplied between soldering applications.  Yellow
    Ochre doesn't need to be applied between soldering applications????
    (I've never used the Ochre.)

    Water based, BIC makes one, is non toxic.
