"Then when I looked at what our community is sharing on the BenchExchange, I decided it was time to come clean. (tee hee :-} )

I cleaned my soldering station a couple of weeks ago. Honest! Obviously that part wasn't holding me back. The studio is a whole 'nother story! I combined two images to show all of it and you can see why my torch is kept on the patio! It's secured to a pillar, out of view here. I whip the studio into shape a couple of times a year whether it needs it or not. After doing this exercise, I'd say it needs it soon. :-) "

"This is half of my studio. It's about 9 feet square, so I have to clean up between projects, or I couldn't get into the room at all. Both the soldering and polishing stations are pocket sized. The other half of the room is a work table topped with storage shelves, where I do waxwork. But the saving grace of the studio is a deck, about the same size as the studio, with the door just to the right of the polisher. It gives me ventilation (there's no window in the room) and a wonderful place for photography. "

"Well I am going to enter just to see if anyone is working in a smaller area than me !!!. Like most of the other people around, I thought I was the only one who worked in a messy unorganized manner but hey ....we all do it. Thanks for a great community, although this is my hobby I have learnt a huge amount of useful information and inspiration from this group, to the extent that I now wish this was my life ... oh well who know maybe soon it will be."
