My father helped me build my bench...okay...he did 98% of it.  I just told him what I wanted, helped get the maple wood and stained it when he was finished.  I'm really happy with it.  It's so neat to have a bench made from my father's hands, where memories will be made, that I can pass on to my daughter (11) who's slowly learning how to metalsmith. I enjoy seeing every-ones work space...a nice insight into the artistic mind of the metal world.:-)
